I would go with the inner smile, six healing sounds and fusion as a basis and learn how to do standing postures. Keep it simple and earth-centered. I am always leary about trying to use the orbit to fix things. A little goes a long way when it is a spontaneous afterlude to the other practices. If you try to make it happen it will backfire. Focus on allowing and grounding. And definitely get personal guidance with both these practices and the psychological stuff that comes up. You have to recreate yourself and your thinking patterns, and it's hard to see clearly from inside your own fog. You can do it. Remember to create a clear, holistic vision of how you want to be and feel. You will be "replacing" how you think and feel now with it but only if you practice all these things with utmost self-acceptance for how you are now.
