Most of your questions would be answered by progression to Kan and Li courses, which go deep into relation between pre and post natal.
I think the challenge here is that you've done a lot of practice, and are getting more advanced effects from fundamental practices like the orbit, which in most people develops more slowly.
think of the oribt as giving yin-yang boundaries around the core channel, stabilizing your energy body and creating a vessel so that you can explore your relation to the neutral force inside the "egg" of the orbit. That egg develops into your immortal self as the yuan chi is made more conscious within the post natal realm.
Bagua is correct in saying that the individual human core channel arises from jing. Obviously, there is a pre-existing field of yuan chi, qhich is said to have a cosmic axis betwen heaven and earth. But a human being is a microcosmic manifestation of tht field, and jing is what allow the crystallization of that larger field. Just as yuan jing is what allows the heaven-earth axis to form.
