Fetus works on causal body work/intent/cultivation, not ego will/capacity.
Dreaming, sleeping is part of cultivation. So is every moment. This then makes rational/conscious alloted practice time just a part of deal and longer periods become normal.
If there is difference between meditation and contemplation practice, that points for skillful contemplation use approach.
MO is balancing the treasures. How it grounds in emotional and mental level is circumstance specific.
True anybody could do it, but no necessary allow it. Challenge is what a pearl is on causal level.
But then there are limits to my transformation of sorcery into alchemy. Alchemy goes well with meditation.
