MessageMost of the great advice given to you are in the fundamentals. I like to do some fundamentals before my "main" practice. I am pretty good at feeling what will be the best to do any particular day. Often it is shaking the tree(let our inner child out) and ocean breathing(its about attitude more then form). Inner smile and relaxing are key. Some times head pain can be a tricky way for your head to keep your attention.
I hope you enjoy your self discovery.
