a book is great, but audio or video presentation is very well.

ultimately the challenge is:
1 understanding the designing of the system and its gist
2 presentation of its general principles
3 presentation of its external use
4 design of meditation that would make it internal practice
like primordial in moving or just sitting meditation
that would develop the body of qmdj
and all the while being integrated in other (taoist (or other)) practices
points 1 and 4 being the meat
that would be quite a feast

basic intro all english user friendly book is good.
