i think maybe it's not the water or fire way but rather the wu way. letting it happen on it's own natural way.
anyway i just cant seem to do the inner smile, my over active liver shen just goes, " what the hell are you smiling at" , so in direct responce i now do the Inner Kindness. it seems to work that way just being kind to myself, maybe someday everyone in there will smile....
