MessageI've been playing with the monroe's centerpointe Focus series for a few months. I like them. The focus 10 series has its version of microcosmic orbit which goes up the center to the head, then flows down and circles the body to feet.
Monroe's series is basically self hypnosis, good psychology, and biaurals (which may or may not connect with people). Its as long and ambitious (& $$) a program as any I've seen. Since it just requires you to lay on your butte and listen its right up my alley.
The first few times I listened to it, the feeling of the circling was intense enough to rock my body as it circled. For better or worse the more I've listened to the less seemingly powerful it is. Though it may be a matter of kinks smoothed out.
I just got some more in the series and look forward to there effect.
