Message I have been playing with this technology of binaural recordings. This group at Centerpointe.com has put out a graded sequence of recordings along with study material to supply a platform into witnessing our beliefs and regaining more conscious participation in how we experience ourselves and respond to our relationship in the world.
It is mostly head based- brain based more than abstract intellectually based- but I am having good results entering and sustaining myself in the center while examining the beliefs that stimulate emotions that pull me out.
I can't quite put it into the context of my alchemical chi kung development but experientially it feels like a needed complementary cultivation.
Any experiences or opinions? Barry
