a long time ago class on breathing.

Beginner: I just breath
Novice1: I breath deeply from my entire abdomen.
Novice2: I fill my belly and my chest up completely
Intermediate1: My kua(waist bones) open and my ribs expand w/ flex w/ each breath.
Intermediate2: The breath fills and energizes from my groin to my hair.
Advanced1: My breath begins at the tips of my toes and rises til it circles my crown.
Advanced2: MY Breath starts in the center of the earth and moves like a mushroom cloud through me and above me.
Advanced3: MY BREATH Starts in the center of the Universe and moves from its center to its infinite depths.
Master: i just breath
