MessageJust posted a ritual in a odd place. It shows how where you shift into you inner selt, in that ritual one stays in physical and uses centers as dan tiens and body as a cauldron.
I was trainned on dissolving connections (Slavinski). Each connection always being twoway. It takes one side to give and take, for both sides.
Now considering your establishing connections.
Do you connect by reuniting?
Do you need to periodically reestablish, strenghten, feed the connections?
I am good at releasing the connection, not establishing. Hence query.
