a yin-yang ritualFrom: Jernej

MessageMy favorite (along lying and sleeping) contemplation technique is
doing a yin-yang ritual (if ocean breathing is front-back, this is left to right small frame/high stance body movement of shifting weight, hands crossed across chest, legs not parallel, wing the rest)
which grounds the body,
and the energy it creates energizes the energybody,
lower body firmly grounded in physical movements,
but upper (above center of gravity) is just moved,
thus not so grounded
but not trying to shift center to energy body
fullygrounded in physical
my mind easily wells up and shifts in middle-upper centers
while this being continually maintained by ritual
enabling me to work within that inner space
...
so physical operating as a cauldron,
middle and upper centers operating as dan tien
for my innerselft to do its dealings and contemplation
