   Use the buttons in the white box in the far upper left to navigate through all posted messages.
Top of List displays the Message Tree starting with the most recently posted thread.
Page Up & Page Down page through the Message Tree "Page Length" messages at a time.
Start At is the number of the current top displayed message.
Page Length sets and remembers the number of Messages displayed per page.
Contract / Expand List toggles between a full list of messages including all Replies, and a list of the Threads or Root Messages only.
Thread XX of XXXXX indicates the position of the top most displayed thread in the entire list of posted messages.
General Displays the current Forum Topic. To access all Topics, select Topic "All"
 
  Use the links in the yellow header bar to modify what you see.
  Logon / Logout Displays the Logon Page if you are not logged on. Otherwise, it logs you out of the forum. When you are logged on, your screen name is displayed in the upper right.
  Logged on as "LogonName" Displays your Logon Name if you are registered and logged on. Click on your Logon Name to view a list of all your Posts. In this list, click on the "YourLogonName Training Log" link at the top of the list to access your Training Log page.
  My Practice Log Provides a link to your practice log. (see below)
  Forum Search Provides a Google-like ranked search of the entire message database for the terms provided. Provide a space separated list.
  User Search Returns a list of Logon names matching the search criteria. Do not use wildcards. Use the shortest string of characters (1 minimum) that will identify the user you are looking for.
  Practice Logs Provides a link to a page listing all currently public practice logs. (see below)

  Post a Message / Logon Moves you to the 'Post a Message' section of the forum. Visible only if you are logged in. Otherwise a logon link is displayed
  XX users logged on The number of visitors (not necessarily Members) who have viewed a page in the last 3 minutes.
  Other available Topics. Select one to view posts to that Topic. All posts and replies will be to that Topic.
 
Each Message line contains the following information about that post.

     Message Link: (Message Hits) Screen Name (Number of Posts) - (Training Log Link) - Date/Time

  Message Link Displays the Message Title and a link to the post itself.
  Message Hits Displays the number of times that message has been viewed.
  Screen Name Shows the logon name of the member posting the message. The link displays all posts by that member and a link to that member's Public Training Log.
  Number of Posts Displays the number of posts by that member.
  Training Log Link Indicates this member has a public to training log and provides a link to it. Logs updated today and yesterday are highlighted in red & green respectively.
  Date/Time Displays the posting date and time. Today's & yesterday's messages are highlighted in red & green respectively.
 
Training Logs are created via the following interface.
(Private)Make Public Indicates that your log is currently public or private. Clicking on (Make Public) will change a private log to public.
Selects the number of log entries to display.
  Week: displays the entries for a selected week
  Day: displays log entries for each selected day
  Month: displays all the log entries for the selected month
logonname's forum posts Provides a link to all the posts by that user.
The training log calendar provides navigation to the various log entries.

Days with log entries are blue and 'clickable'. Selecting a day with a log entries will display log entries according to your view mode setting.

If there are log entries in a different month, you can click on the < to change to the previous month's entries or > to select the next month's entries. These month navigation links only appear when there are entries outside of the currently selected month.
Bio/Goals (Add/Edit) This is an area for your biographical stats and/or training goals.
Clicking Add/Edit places you in the edit box where you can enter/update this field.
Nov 12, 2004 Indicates the date for a particlar log entry
Edit  Delete Allows you to edit or delete a particular log entry
Allows you to set the date of a logentry
Save, saves your log entry
Clear, clears the edit box
 
The Training Logs page provides 2 ways to view the list of training logs
The default list of logs is sorted by forum name. This makes is easy to scroll down and locate a particular user's training log.

Clicking on the heading Last Updated sorts the list according to the last time a user updated there training log.

If you are viewing the list sorted by Last Update, you can resort the list by forum name by clicking on the heading User
*Note: This list only shows logs for users that have set their training logs to 'public'.
